Prophet JeMone Durante, who has been blessed to preach the Gospel of Jesus The Christ for 26 years now, felt the pull of God to Pastor 4 years prior to accepting the call.  When God for moments seemed to let up on his pull, Prophets family would always say to him, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO START A CHURCH?  We don’t want to go anywhere else.  You need to come on Mont.  Prophets mother; Prophetess Angella Jenrette, through all of her ups and downs, never stopped believing and talking about the Ministry God has placed in her family.   For four years she said Prophet when are you going to obey God?  The People are waiting on us.

 

Pastoring, though he felt the pull was the LAST THING Prophet JeMone Durante wanted to do.  He frequently declared while ministering that he enjoyed preaching and rolling out!  He would say, If you ever see me pastoring you better believe GOD HIMSELF has spoken out of heaven and said ITS TIME!!!

 

Well, that time came but throughout those 4 years, wrestling with the decision, between the yes’s and the no’s which he kept giving God, finally one day said to God in prayer, “Lord, I’ll accept the call, but if it be your will, please let the ministry be birth out of revival.”  This was one year prior to the ministry starting.

 

In August of 2018 the Lord spoke to Pastor Durante and said you are going to Fayetteville, North Carolina to preach a revival.  Being that Fayetteville was the LAST PLACE Prophet Durante wanted to preach or start a ministry; He had no thoughts or plans to do so here.  Neither did he have a date on the calendar or a place where he was invited to speak.  But out of faith and obedience to God his Father, one day after a Facebook Live Broadcast centered around EVANGELISM and one of which he was speaking on Salvation and Prophesying to people who had left God and who said they were done with Church, he offered salvation to those God had spoken to during the broadcast.  He prayed a prayer and asked them to inbox him if they too had prayed the prayer of salvation and repentance.

 

After the broadcast a few people did as he asked and let him know they had given their lives back to the Father.  One person in particular, Prophets cousin Kimberly Douglas, who is now a member of Kingdom Makeover Ministries was watching the broadcast and she also inboxed him saying she just wished she and her family could get back in church.  She reminisced with him about the days of The Potters House Outreach Ministries in Chadbourn, NC.  A ministry birthed in 1996 and ran by none other than the parents of our leader, Pastors Carl & Angella Jenrette.  She talked about how they used to sing and how UNIQUELY AWESOME the services were.   

 

During their facebook conversation not knowing where or even when, Prophet Durante said to her be encouraged, I’m coming to preach in Fayetteville soon.  Literally a few hours later Prophet received an inbox from Pastor Takiesha Elliott, someone he didn’t even know, requesting him to preach at her church where;  IN FAYETTEVILLE!  This was one assignment Prophet Durante did not have pray about accepting because GOD had already spoken it!

 

Not knowing where he was going, Prophet Durante went to Birthing Chambers in Fayetteville, NC and preached his heart out!   After service while people were asking for selfies and group photos with him, The pastor walked by and Prophet Durante said to the woman of God, “PASTOR THE LORD SAID REVIVAL!”   Quickly in response she asked, “WHEN?”  Lets GO, she said!  Prophet then said, I don’t know, but the Lord showed me that there is still a cloud here and He isn’t finished.

 

She contacted him in a few days with the dates August 17-18, 2018.  But what she said to him was very important!   She said, THIS IS YOUR ASSIGNMENT!  How ever the Lord leads you, follow him.  Whatever He says to name it you name it.  Whoever you feel led of the Lord to invite in to do whatever, you do it man of God.

 

When Prophet who is also a graphic designer by profession, sat down to design the flyer, he said Lord you called this revival, now what do you call it?  Immediately the Lord uttered the words “KINGDOM MAKEOVER” and Prophet added, 2Night Encounter being that it was two nights.  The revival was FIRE!  During what turned out to be a WELL ROUNDED, SUCCESSFUL revival meeting,  Prophet JeMone Durante preached his HEART OUT each night.  People, as God had told him they would, came and received the Holyghost. Demons were cast out and people rededicated their lives to the Lord.  Some people who had never spoken in tongues in their lives did so that night, including our very own, MIT ANDREW CARSTARPHEN & His wife Mary Carstarphen who is our pastors Baby Sister.

Their lives were changed forever in the KINGDOM MAKEOVER REVIVAL.   

 

During the revival, Prophet JeMone Durante who was hearing God very well for those he was there to minister to, obviously didn’t understand what God was saying to him.  Because he during the message declared again, I am not a pastor.  I don’t want to be a pastor, When I finish here tonight I’m going home and going to sleep!  I love rolling out and not having to weekly deal with multiple personalities, which are sometimes in one member!  He laughed and the congregation laughed along with him.  But little did He know that was his LAST TIME SAYING THAT!  And the wrestle with God would soon be over!

 

When the revival was finished, Prophet and a few of the family members prayed for a homeless man and took him out to eat.  After a late dinner, Prophet JeMone Durante went home but couldn’t rest, despite being very tired.  STILL there was a PULL and God said the cloud is still in Fayetteville.  Finally It clicked, The Lord said to prophet its time!  I have a prepared people for you, just like I’ve allowed many prophets to confirm to you over the past year.  ITS TIME SON.  Go back to Fayetteville and there will I make you a blessing to the region and abroad.

 

Having several visions, dreaming of bees and all types of things that let him know he was on the right track and he was making the right decision, Prophet JeMone Durante started looking for places to start the ministry.  He was so adamant about doing it ALL Gods way, that He didn’t try to come up with a catchy name and neither did he want it to be just anywhere.  He wanted it to be EXACTLY HOW and EXACTLY WHERE God wanted it.  He was lead to call A Pastor, the pastor of This church we are sitting in right now, Touched By Faith Ministries, Pastor Anthony Pankey, a friend and an awesome ministry partner of his.  Pastor Pankey, was introduced to Prophet Durante 4 years prior by Prophetess Angella Jenrette who had prophesied to them about building this very building.  Prophet Durante was hired and became the Minister of Music for Touched By Faith and served here for a Year as he was directed by God to do so.  While here the Lord kept saying to Prophet, you have a great work to do here.  You will be a blessing to this ministry now, and they will be a blessing to you as well.

 

2 Years later Prophet was lead to call Pastor Pankey and the call was RIGHT ON TIME for the both of them.  Long story short, Pastor Pankey was looking to share because He felt the unction of God to do a lot more than just Pastor here in this season, and being the kingdom man He is when Prophet informed Him on what the Lord was asking him to do, without exchanging words Pastor Pankey accepted and was on board, because it was JUST what He felt needed to happen at the building for this time as well.

 

With out a name yet, We had our first service here on September 2nd, 2018.  It was PACKED and the presence of God was indescribable in the service.  Prophet JeMone Durante kept waiting to hear from God about what to call the church, because the services were called, “Activate The Kingdom In ME” but certainly that wasn’t the name of the church.  So until God spoke to him, He kept running the ministry and inviting people to “Activate The Kingdom In Them, Services were held at 5:30PM every Sunday.  One day while saying to God What is the name of This church?!  God said, son, I already gave it to you.  It’s Kingdom Makeover Ministries.  God reminded him, that he had asked him to birth it out of revival, and he said there you have it son.  Kingdom Makeover Ministries!

 

Souls have been saved, marriages have been restored, Bodies have been healed,  Ministries have come forth,  Doors of Education have opened, Occupation doors have been opened, Debt has been supernaturally cancelled, Custody Battles have been resolved, People have become Millionaires, The church property has been acquired which we will move into in Mid September, and Prophet JeMone Durante’s OWN FAMILY has come back to God, and now receives him finally as, PASTOR JeMone Durante.  Servant Leader of a Seed that fell from a branch of The Potters House Outreach Ministries tree, and has now blossomed as Kingdom Makeover Ministries.  Kingdom Makeover Ministries, the headquarters of the KMM NATION is currently located at 2100 Owen Drive, Fayetteville, NC!   To YAH be ALL THE GLORY, for the GREAT THINGS HE CONTINUES TO DO!!!
